How much is shipping?

Australia Shipping within Australia is $15 flat rate (excluding furniture items).

International International shipping is $29 flat rate (excluding furniture items).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer delivery worldwide on all our products excluding furniture. Please see shipping rates for each product. 

Can I pick up locally?

Yes! Meet us at Harold’s Finishing Touches, Shop A, 84 Hume Street, Toowoomba, Queensland. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready.

How long will my items take to arrive?

In stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. For pre-ordered items please consider the wait timeframe indicated on the product at the time of order. If for some reason we are unable to get your order out to you quickly, or there are any delays, we will be in contact with you! 

Australia: After dispatch from our studio, shipping within Australia generally takes within 2–8 business days. Please note we unfortunately don’t have any control of delivery times with couriers.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection so please make your selection carefully. We will provide a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

How do I care for the MR.C tablecloth and napkin range?

Please take the time to read and follow the instructions given to you with each item to ensure the longevity of your product.

We recommend cold gentle machine using quality laundry liquid/powder.  Please note our products can shrink between 3-5% after the first wash. Our products will continue to soften over time and become more beautiful with every use! 

Where is the MR.C tablecloth and napkin range made?

All printing and sewing of our table linen products are completed in Australia. The fabric we use has been woven in Pakistan. Our supplier is accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia for value adding services, such as textile printing onto Australian made TCF Products. This means the entire Australian Supply chain has been audited and compliance checked to make sure all obligations to workers are being met from a financial and wellbeing perspective. How can I pay?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay. Payment for orders will be processed immediately upon confirmation of your order.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! You can buy our gift vouchers online here.

What does it mean when a product is on pre-order?

Items listed as pre-order are available for purchase now, but will be dispatched at a later date as outlined in the product description.

Our fabric range will generally be a pre-order of 3-4 weeks unless specified that it is in stock. This not only helps manage our finances while we are growing, but avoids over-production and ties in with our sustainability values.
